Dealing with water leaks and structural issues is a frustrating experience — not knowing how the water is getting in or if there are related structural problems. Our specialists are experienced water testers with expert knowledge of building systems. We perform diagnostic and quality assurance water testing on a variety of assemblies, materials, and finishes. With expert knowledge of standardized tests, such as AAMA 502, 503, & 511, and ASTM E1105, D5957, E2128, & F1869, we rely on our experience and breadth of knowledge to use the right test method and equipment for each problem.

We have licensed structural engineers on staff to provide evaluations for structural elements, and registered waterproofing consultants to provide waterproofing repair designs.
