We work on many building types, from tenant improvements in commercial mixed-use buildings to 35-story residential towers.  Additionally, we’ve designed retaining walls, residential additions, water- and fire-damage repairs, and consulted on flood-resistant buildings.

We believe a building’s structure and durability is paramount to extending its service life. That does not mean buildings need to be over-designed — it means a selective use of materials and proper detailing can ensure a long lifespan. Understanding the risks associated with each design and understanding the purpose of codified requirements are all vital to achieving this goal.
